About these terms

This website is operated by Caro Bathrooms. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

The site describes the work we do and lets you send us an enquiry. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract, and no contract exists between us until we have given you a written quote and you have accepted it.

Quotes, prices and the work itself

Any prices, timescales or product details shown here are indicative. Every job is priced after a survey, because the room, the plumbing and the condition of the existing installation all change the work involved.

The supply and installation of a bathroom is governed by the separate written contract and quote we issue to you, not by this page. That document sets out the price, the specification, payment terms, your cancellation rights and any guarantee. Where it and this page disagree, that document applies.

If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Photographs and content

The photographs on this site are of work we have carried out, published with the permission of the customers concerned. They show specific jobs and are not a promise that your room will look the same. Materials, lighting and room dimensions all vary.

All content on this site, including text, photographs and the Caro name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may look at it and print a copy for your own use. Please do not republish it, sell it, or use it commercially without asking us first.

Sending us an enquiry

When you use a form on this site, please give us accurate details so we can reply. Do not send anything unlawful or anything that infringes someone else's rights. What we do with your details is set out in our privacy policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for its content.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses such as loss of profit, since the site is provided for personal use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Scottish courts.
